Returns and Refunds

We want you to love shopping with She Who Pears Wins, including if you need to return your order.  We shop online too and there's nothing like a frustrating returns policy to take the fun out of it!  We therefore offer the following hassle free returns policy:

SUMMARY 

Unworn clothes can be returned for any reason for a full refund within 28 days of receipt.

UK Returns are FREE using either Royal Mail or Collect Plus

International customers pay shipping for returned items.

UK RETURNS

What does it cost?
Returns sent from a UK address are free.

What items can I return?
You can return anything purchased from www.shewhopearswins.co.uk for any reason for a full refund providing it has not been worn, the labels have not been removed and the item has not been damaged or stained. Items that are returned damaged or missing labels will either (1) not be refunded in full, to allow for what we determine to be the costs of cleaning and/or repairing garments, or (2) not be refunded at all if a garment cannot be cleaned/repaired to a as new condition, and will be returned to the buyer.

Please ensure goods are returned packaged adequately and labelled properly. We recommend you use the original mailing bag.

How long have I got to return goods?
Please return unwanted goods within 28 days of you receiving them.  We will refund you within 14 calendar days of receipt of goods.

How do I return goods?
We currently offer two methods for returning goods, either Royal Mail or Collect Plus. We will be expanding the methods available in the future to make returns even easier.

We recommend using Collect Plus to return your unwanted goods. Email hello@shewhopearswins.co.uk to state you would like to return goods using Collect Plus and we will email you to confirm once we've arranged it.

You will then be able to take the parcel to a Collect Plus store of your convenience, which can be found at http://www.collectplus.co.uk/store-locator We will assume you will print the label at home.  However, if you'd rather have the label printed in store, please state this in your email.  There are a few shops that don't offer the label printing service which are listed here http://www.collectplus.co.uk/news/stores-not-currently-offering-print-in-store/

If you would prefer to use Royal Mail, please sent your goods by Recorded First Class Post to:

On receipt, when we approve your return we will post you a cheque to refund you the postage costs.  If you'd prefer a bank transfer, please provide us with your bank sort code and account number.

What happens if my returned goods get lost?
It is very unlikely your goods will be lost during transit, but please ensure you retain your receipt from the Post Office or Collect Plus until we refund you. If you lose the receipt and we don't receive your returned items, we are unfortunately unable to refund you.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International customers should pay for their own returns.

What items can I return?

We cannot be held responsible for any returned goods lost in transit.  We therefore recommend sending items by a tracked or signed delivery method.
